For the last 6 years, our CEO and VA Manager Kenny has been in the Real Estate business, first as a local real estate agent then becoming the sales manager in a new construction subdivision where he learned how to work with FHA loans, retirement loans, and others, helping a lot of people building their new dream home in Nicaragua.

Unfortunately, our country Nicaragua, in 2018 had a political situation that created a lot of issues since our country depends a lot on tourism, all the tourists, ex-pats, and future investors flew back home and leaving a lot of people without a job, and the Real Estate market crashed as well for the economy.

So we had to find other ways to make money and feed our families, and we all started to look for opportunities in the same type of business, we heard about Real Estate Virtual Assistants jobs, and catch our attention since then Kenny started in other agencies but one day a couple of months before COVID in 2019 Kenny started on his own with one single client in AZ, a few months later he worked with a US-based VA agency WFH but things did not work out well, so he continues his entrepreneurship and got referred to other wholesalers in TX and since them we growing little by little from word to month, coming from nothing to where we are.

And this is how Limitless VAS entrepreneurship started, we have been in business for 3 years up to date.
